Orlando, FL – After two decades of dedication, leadership, and hard work, ENSER announces the well-earned retirement of Dino Corrao, our Engineering Staffing Recruiting Manager. — Marco Arnone, President of ENSER
Having joined ENSER in 2005 as Recruiting Manager, Dino’s rise within the company speaks to his commitment and the impact he has made. By 2008, Dino took the reins as Regional Manager of our Orlando office, where his leadership significantly grew the team. His role went beyond overseeing operations—Dino became a key driver in the development of strategic relationships with major industry players such as DuPont, Honeywell, Siemens Energy and GKN.
“Dino has been an integral part of our company for the last 20 years and was essential in the success of our Staffing Division. His contributions will always be valued and remembered as he was vital to our success and continuity. His diligence, commitment, and dedication are worthy of admiration. It is rare to find a person with high character, loyalty, and drive!” said Marco Arnone, President of ENSER.
Dino’s journey started when he attended Brookdale College studying Business in 1982. His early career as a Trainer at Aerotek set the foundation for his eventual success in the engineering staffing services sector. In 2005, ENSER was fortunate to welcome Dino, where his ability to foster and grow customer relationships quickly became apparent. Under his guidance, the staffing division flourished, cementing ENSER’s role as a trusted partner in the engineering staffing vertical.
As we celebrate Dino’s legacy, we are excited to introduce Eric Van Gilder, Senior Technical Engineering Recruiter, who has been under Dino’s mentorship. Eric has developed a strong understanding of our clients’ needs and will continue to uphold the values Dino instilled, ensuring a seamless transition and continued success.
Dino’s influence can be felt across ENSER, a company proud of its 78-year history of providing engineering solutions and placing a high value on employee retention. ENSER has long prided itself on the strength of its team. From our beginnings in 1947, the company has been built by individuals who embody our values of commitment, innovation, and excellence.
As Dino moves into his well-deserved retirement, we know that his days will be filled with the pursuits he enjoys most – the love of his motocross bikes, golfing, and spending time with loved ones.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all the great people on the ENSER team over the past two decades and will miss them. I’m excited to spend more time with my family and do some traveling. Often when you think you’re at the end of something, you’re actually at the beginning of something else.”
Dino Corrao, (retired) Engineering Staffing Recruiting Manager

On behalf of the entire ENSER team, we wish him all the best in this exciting new chapter.
