An electronics manufacturer required an ergonomic fixture to allow workers to flip printed circuit boards during soldering and inspection without damaging components.

ENSER’s Solution

ENSER designed a flip jig fixture that securely holds PCBs and allows effortless 180° rotation with minimal operator strain. Drawing from Streamlining Production with Jigs and Fixtures and Engineering Services, ENSER implemented lightweight aluminum frames, anti-static surfaces, and adjustable locks to improve efficiency.

The ergonomic pivot design built upon concepts first proven in ENSER’s Chassis Flipper Lifting Fixture for automotive applications.
