Electrical Engineer – Wire harness – Sales
Location: Cinnaminson, NJ
Pay: depending on experience

Position Summary:
A World Class Electronics Company that is a leading wire harness manufacturer focused on innovation, quality, and sustainability. We’re seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a strong electrical background to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost.

Interpret mechanical/electrical blueprints for accurate production.

Design and test prototypes using CAD and other tools.

Coordinate first article builds and trial runs for production.

Collaborate with QA, Test, Production, Tooling, and Supply Chain teams.

Train staff on electrical engineering principles.

Support Sales with technical insights.

Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 3+ years in electrical or wire harness engineering.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and CAD software; PLC knowledge a plus.
• Experience in prototype development and testing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
