We have found that our best source for quality candidates and even future clients is through our Candidate Referral Program. ENSER created the Candidate Referral Program in 2005 and it is our hope that this program will encourage more quality referrals. It is our way of showing our appreciation to our employees and friends for referring talented candidates!

This is how our program works, when you refer an individual who completes their first 30 days on our payroll or accepts a direct placement position with one of our clients, you can receive a referral Bonus of $500.00.

  • You DO NOT have to be an ENSER employee to participate in ENSER’s Candidate Referral Program.
  • By referring candidates you can earn extra money and help your friends and coworkers find a great job.
  • There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
